Just Estates - Karen Hanson-Parsons, Chartered Professional Accountant (“Just Estates”, “we”, “I” “my” and “our”), respects the privacy rights of clients and personnel and is committed to protecting all personal information under its possession or control. As a sole practitioner, CPA, and TEP, I take privacy very seriously. For purposes of Just Estates’ Privacy Policy, the term “personal information” means information about an identifiable individual, as specifically defined by applicable privacy legislation.
Just Estates’® Privacy Policy guides how I collect, use, and disclose the personal information required in the course of fulfilling professional responsibilities under my client engagements and operating the business. When Just Estates enters into a formal engagement for professional services with you, the terms and conditions of that engagement clearly state the Privacy Policy and general policies around confidential information.
The Privacy Policy is to at all times adhere to the requirements of applicable law and professional responsibilities, and be responsive to clients and personnel who expect respect for their privacy and protection of their personal information.
Online privacy is also an important issue. Just Estates has created its Privacy Policy, containing the statements below to explain my commitment to privacy issues on the use of the website and any use of personal information obtained through it.
Just Estates collects personal information directly from you when you provide it. This may include your name, address, phone number, email address, or other personal information. I do not collect any information from anyone under 18 years of age (minors). This site and my products and services are not directed to minors.
Just Estates does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless I provide you with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist me in operating my website, conducting my business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
